Terms of Service
Last updated: 11 June 2026
1. Acceptance
By adding the Meow bot (the “Bot”) to a Discord server or using the MeowCord dashboard (together, the “Service”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. The Service
Meow provides Discord server tooling (moderation, leveling, invite tracking, giveaways and related features) plus a web dashboard to configure and operate them. Features may change, be added or removed at any time.
3. Eligibility & Discord Terms
You must comply with Discord’s Terms of Service and Community Guidelines, and meet Discord’s minimum age requirement for your region. You are responsible for ensuring you have permission to add the Bot to a server and to enable its features.
4. Acceptable use
- Do not use the Service to break the law or Discord’s rules.
- Do not abuse, overload, reverse-engineer or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service.
- Server administrators are responsible for how the Bot’s features (e.g. moderation actions, message logging) are configured and used on their server, and for informing their members as required by law.
5. Availability & warranty
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uptime, accuracy, or that the Service will be error-free.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MeowCord and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of the Service.
7. Termination
We may suspend or remove access to the Service at any time, including for breach of these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time by removing the Bot from your server.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
9. Contact
Questions about these Terms can be sent to the contact address listed on meowcord.gg.
